The book idea sounds wonderful Kay. I’m so grateful that by the time I’m a mother I’ll have books that represent me in them. I’m trying to get back into reading with “We’ve got this” currently.

That podcast sounds fascinating, Anna! I’m so glad you’ve been able to find a new psychiatrist, and I’ll have everything crossed that they are brilliant 🤞 I really relate to the effort required for two things in one outing!

I’ll be adding Sad In The City to my podcast list as well, Kay! I’m so glad the play couch has been such a good purchase for dear A, and your Christmas book sounds incredible! 😊

Thank you for sharing and remind us we are not alone. I don’t think it’s that big a deal for our kids to witness our extreme emotions. As long as we debrief and do it with lots of love and reciprocated understanding. My kids have witnesses an awful lot with my mental illness and they both still love me thankfully. I also think it helps them with regulation and not feeling shame.
